1) Omit the word “full” from the first sentence. I’d say, “Becoming a full-time professional” or “Becoming a professional with a graduate degree in Social Work…”

2) I work with incarcerated youth who are mostly minorities.
*Remove “by the way” – it’s unprofessional.
