The influence of drugs were of coarse in the beginning a means of a cure for ailments such as pain, melancholy and a wide range of other illnesses. For instance I’ve read about one cure a king who’s court physician ground up diamonds to use as a cure for a stomach illness. If that was tried today most people would roll their eyes. But, along came heroine, moraphine, opiates, and although thought as a cure, it just covered up the syptoms of real issues. Drugs, in the narcotic and barbituate catagory have since become abused. The euphoric effects, out weigh the cure. It redirects the real issue, of the cure. The abuse is left in the hand of the abusor and the people who issue and or prescibe. The manufactor? Mother nature, and the chemistry is left up to man. The abuse can not be blamed on Mother nature or chemistry. If you take drugs for ligitament reasons, fine, that’s what they were intended to do. But to abuse drugs, is left in the mind and body of the user. Drug abuse is more common today and effects not just the person who takes them, but, the families, friends, and domino’s out to society.
Drug abuse will distroy anyone it has no ethnical boundaries, or gender. Advise: Just Say NO!
