What are some effects of teen drug use?

By effects, I don’t mean getting stoned or experiencing euphoria.
What are some problems that tend to occur when a teen abuses drugs? For example, missing a lot of school.
I’m writing a paper and I have a long list of effects, I just want to see if you come up with some different ones I haven’t thought of yet.

Apathetic about school.
But…that usually happens with teens that use drugs often. Not the people that just get stoned at a party a couple times.
