I think first circumstance, second choice. Your environment and peers influence you, but it’s up to you to decide how to live your life.

ita product of choice, sometimes when people want to try new thing, regardless how dangerous it is. Then they get hook up, ansd result either DEATH, or prison.

in my opinion a little bit of both. people are victims of the environment from which they reside but their decision to be someone different is entirely theirs – although it may not feel like they have that much power they do.

A combination of both. The final decision is always the user’s choice, nobody hogties somebody and forces then to smoke weed or anything else, but you have to remember peer pressure is a b**** and youll find more of that in the city
