What are my chances of winning a case to terminate paternal rights if I can prove drug abuse & law trouble?
He has a history of violence. He has enemies that have done drive-bys at his house several times. He has never paid child support. He does drugs such as marijuana, cocaine and I think even other things. He threatens that if I have a boyfriend he will beat him up. I never thought he would grow up to be this way. Help!

You need an attorney. It depends very much on the circumstances (can you prove the drug use? Has he ever been convicted of drug-related crimes or violent crimes?). Have you reported his threats to the police? Do you have a restraining order against him?
You need legal advice to get help with this and to determine if you have a chance of severing his parental rights.
