Your a brave woman to be getting the help you need, instead of being in denial.
Right now, the important thing is YOU!! If you have to let go of someone, it’s because you deep down in your heart knows it’s the right thing to do!
You know you weren’t a good mom or wife or girlfriend at the time of all the abuse! Now, your learning about YOU! You have to be healthy in order to establish healthy relationships.
I praise you highly!
If it’s the kids your worried about of letting go, believe me, later on when their older and realize how you stepped OUT to step back into a healthy life, they’ll respect you and love your for finally getting it together.

You are in a treatment facility. I would take advantage of the professionals who are there to help you. Your situation isn’t all that uncommon with drug users, I’m sure they will be able to direct you. However, if they tell you to stay married to a drug using low life criminal, get into a different program.

Whatever changes you need to do in your life, realize you cannot do it on your own. Once you accept this fact, then you invite Him into your heart and ask Him to take over and only then is when you’ll begin to see “all things new” including yourself. God loves you sooooo much and He wants me to tell you. Keep saying to yourself as many times as you can daily and in every situation, “the enemy is a liar and “I can do all things thru Christ who strenghens me”. I’ll pray for you.

you need to get yourself together for you and your children. every one gets another chance and this is your chance, since this man is in jail you know you don’t want that apart of your new life that your working hard to get back, what matters now is your feelings and what you want out of life. you need to put your children and you first…and take a long look at you from the inside…..you might have self esteem issues, a good counselor can help you in a big way….you need to change your friends, and your life, so you can become the mother you want to be. for you and your children…
