My dog is a heaver drinker?

I am having a problem with my dog Bobby. He use to drink alcohol once in a while. But lately he has been hitting the sauce very heavy lately. A whole fifth of MD 20/20 was gone from my liquor cabinet this morning. Bobby’s water dish smell of wine. I am at wits end and now he pick fights with the neighbors dog constantly. I had him at the pet treatment for acohol and drug abuse a few months ago but they kicked him out and said he was to much for them to handle. Help! I’m about to take him for a one way drive!
