Question: Have people lost their omni-awareness because of diet, drug abuse and a slave mentality since the days of eden?

I don't think people ever had "omni-awareness ".........but if they did, theologically it would've been while in Eden.

I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about, but it is a fact that people always appoint a ruler to take over all their responsibilities, and they don't ever want them back for any reason. They will keep demanding that the ruler take care of everything right up to the point where the society is physically unable to support itself, and then it all collapses.
