I am a 23 year old male, currently uninsured, living in NY. My question is what is the best and preferbly cheapest insurance program i can get that will cover Substance Abuse classes? Thanks for your answers!

You don’t need to pay anything for “classes”. Go to AA or NA. You will learn more there than anywhere else.

Other than insurance programs for the employees of the companies that offer them and insurance companies run by the government, there are no insurance programs that are available statewide in New York State. If your employer offers insurance meeting your needs, take it. If you qualify to get insurance from the government that meets your needs, take it. If neither of those options exist, then you need to get insurance from a company that offers it in the part of the state where you live, and not in the rest of the state. Ask this question again and specify where in N.Y. State you live.
