my dad is mean and whenever i do something that he doesn’t like, he starts swearing and yelling. he sometimes ever slaps me. whenever i try to politely ask him to stop swearing and yelling, he just says “i dont want to hear about it”. My mom doesn’t notice, nor care that he is doing this. PLEASE HELP!!

Call the police, that’s physical and verbal abuse.
Your mom likely does nothing because she’s in denial.
