Drug Addiction: Question About Vicks Vapo Rub?

Question by Sophie Cruz: Question about Vicks Vapo Rub?
Ok, I know this sounds really weird, and I know you’ll call me crazy and stuff, but I really need to ask you guys something. So I’m like addicted to Vicks. I always rub it on my throat and my nose and my forehead. It helps me sleep faster, but these days, it feels like I just absolutely need to be smelling the amazing smell of Vicks if I want to be able to sleep. Now here’s the weird part. I actually like snort Vicks as if it’s a drug. Like I put it up my nose and keep inhaling sharply until I feel like the vapors are going into my brain, and the Vicks goes up my nose and slowly slides down my throat. And it smells, feels, and tastes amazing. I don’t know how this “addiction” started happening. I was wondering, could I be slowly poisoning myself? I’ve been doing this since like eighth grade. How much can I snort & eat like that before something serious happens? Help me, I really want to stop doing this.. any tips for stopping my addiction?!
