As part of the anti-drug campaign, which has the backing of about 40 south Indian celebrities, a two-kilometer anti-addiction rally will be organized on August 15 from KBR Park to Filmnagar. Businessman and Censor Board member Kalyan Annam in association with Kalamandir Foundation and TV5 is hosting the event in the wake of the connection between drug racket and Tollywood. The names included in the anti-drug campaign are: Mammootty, Vikram, Prabhas, Ravi Teja, Gopichand, Lakshmi Prasanna, Tapsee Pannu, Samantha, Upendra and et al. According to Kalyan, he has taken signatures from around 40 south Indian stars, which are on 25000 posters and hoardings that will be put across Hyderabad.
