I don’t do drugs, but I drink occasionally, and when I drink, I also eat badly. I want to stay straight edge and be healthy. I actually cut out alcohol, sugar, caffeine and white flour for a month, and felt great! Then I got into some weird mindset like I wanted to have fun and went out and bought the stuff to make sangria. I am 27, so its hard to socialize without drinking, but I try. Does anyone have any tips? And please don’t post comments belittling me because of my lifestyle, or calling me a crazy christian, because I am not a christian.

Always just get water when you’re out, so instead of sipping alcohol without even thinking about it, you’ll just be drinking water. Good luck. 🙂

It doesn’t sound like you have a huge drinking problem, and you shouldn’t completely eliminate it from your diet because it directly screws up your diet, you are going to need to address your diet.

Keep in mind organic, sulfate free red wine is the best drink you could put in your body (alcoholically speaking) try that, it’s healthy, see if you are still wanting to sabotage your diet. I hope this helped you and good luck babe!
