if america is the land of the free shouldn’t i be able to do what ever i want as long as it doesn’t infringe on others freedoms?????? Drugs don’t hurt anyone but the person taking it and still it doesn’t hurt them as much as society does with the stigma of being a drug addict. The war on drugs is a failure if not legalizing them we should reform drug laws

too many people have infringed on others while high on drugs

Drugs DO hurt people other than those taking it. Lots of crime, murders, gang wars, are part of the drug industry.
