Question by coldasice: can you have a drug waiver and still be a navy AC?
i enlisted into the AC program with the navy. on the description they gave me it says no prior drug use (no waivers) . the classifier pulled out a binder and showed that 10 times or less was ok. bottom line…. am i forked

The classifier won’t tell you that’s waiverable if it’s not.
Here’s what is not waiverable
# Persons convicted by Federal/State statutes for drug offense(s) are not eligible.
No history of drug abuse.
The key word there would appear to be “conviction”,and the other one is “drug abuse” which in the military means more than “drug USE”.
So I don’t see the problem if you don’t have a conviction. And I assume you are saying that you haven’t used “all that much”, right?
If you are on DEP you can get out if you have any doubts, but if you are on active duty, well you are where you are.
