Books About “problems…” Please Recommend One!?
Question by .: Books about “problems…” please recommend one!?
I enjoy reading books about drug abuse, problems in childhood, overcoming problems… for instance, I LOVE all the Ellen Hopkins books. I really like TWEAK by Nic Sheff, I like “A Piece of Cake” by Cupcake Brown, “A Boy Called IT,” I think you get the point. I can’t find any more books like this and I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a good book in this genre?
Just finished M.S.K by Jodi Picoult and have read pretty much all her books. (PS. The book was way better than the movie!)
Speak was very good as well!
OOh, what a nice list. Going to do the research on each book now! Thanks guys!

I just recently read The Catcher in the Rye. About a 16 year old that hates everything. Very good story and widely known as an american classic so you can’t go wrong!
Also, Smack by Melvin Burgess
