TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Investigators want to know how the changing face of drug use is affecting criminal trafficking in New Jersey. The State Commission of Investigation says a hearing at the Statehouse Wednesday will focus on how prescription painkillers are at the forefront of a possible new epidemic of heroin abuse.
