It would allow cops to do real cop work and solve real crime, not the local stoner. And the laws make it so you can really only possess a tiny amount and you can’t get high while driving or anything.

i really think it depends on your family. for example.. a lot of my chinese friends lack the enzye (Alcohol dehydrogenase) which allows one to break down alcohol. So they get read and drunk fast.
However in my family, people drink for several hours everyday. and they are okay, but we are irish. and it is literally in our blood to drink.
