It might be psychologist’s jargon for a substance abuse group along the lines outlined in a book by Mark and Faude, 1995.

Try “Mark and Faude, 1995” in Yahoo! web search for a link to “psycho-dynamic psychotherapy for cocaine use disorders” or just type in the last words in quotes into your search engine.
