A waiver for Asperger’s Syndrome, for example. The regs I’ve read mention things like “functioning in school” but what kind of stuff do they look at specifically?

I would think some of the following traits would be looked at…
Paranoia
Angry outbursts
Problems getting along with others
Alcohol and drug abuse
Just to name a few…and I would suspect these issues would be long standing, interferring
With life and work.
