just because he/she has been convicted of a crime? If so, should they also be stripped of the right to council, right to an education, etc. ?

it depends on the crime for which he/she was convicted.

There are only 4 states where a convicted felon cannot vote once they’ve paid their debt to society. If they don’t like it they can always exercise their right to pursue happiness and move to a state where they can vote.

LOL I was wondering cause I was looking through some old photos and came across one with me taking shots of Jack in a blue D.A.R.E shirt…I think I was 16.
