So here are the “signs” I don’t know if this means I am or if I am just a little like that.
Skipping most meals
depression
Moodiness
Insomnia
severe weight change
irregular menstrual cycles
obsession with working out
Alcohol/Drug abuse along with cutting
Head aches
blackouts
throwing up of bile
body cramps
Anyone know if I have an eating disorder. If so how do I get help on my own?
