How Can I Get Something Exponged From My Criminal Record?

Question by drokk: How can I get something exponged from my criminal record?
I haven’t been conviction free since then but I have been through a “drug treatment” court which has proven I have been clean and the main thing I would like exponged is a misdemeanor possesion of a controlled substance conviction that is 6 years old.No new chrages in 3 years.

Human beings are the only species that support, and even encourage, the sick, weak and stupid at the expense of the innocent.

All of society is impacted by drug abuse… The abuser and his family are generally destroyed, the neighbors and friends have had to deal with theft and violence, and the community has had to pay the bill through increased taxes and decreased personal liberties.
