Drug Abuse: The “liberal” State of Cali Is Making It Illegal to Spank With a Belt?

Question by Robi: The “liberal” state of Cali is making it illegal to spank with a belt?
My state is making it illegal to spank with a belt?
In the liberal state of Cali, it is AGAINST THE LAW to spank your child with a switch or a belt. Well, guess what, judging from the way some teens are behaving, alcohol, drugs, etc. If I EVER caught my son smoking, drinking or doing drugs. NO QUESTION, I would tear his bear *** up with a belt. I only ever spanked him once before with a belt several years back when he was 7 and that was for stealing from his teacher in school for which he got a detention for. Other then that, he is a good boy!
The bottom line hear is that some “offenses” deserve it, no question. Liberal fools scream “child abuse” and fools who control government now craft legislation and laws that put the foot into other peoples business.
I think the government should have NO RIGHT to interfere in what happens with families (unless there is broken bones or child molestation, etc.) but they should NOT have a right to say how someone disciplines his/her child. If it is a offense deserving a belt spanking, then that is what should be done.
Now my state has made it illegal to spank with a belt or a switch, how to over-turn this ruling?
PS. got spanked with a belt when I was younger and if my children will get it to if they do something very bad, regardless of what the law say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ladies and gentlemen, what do you think?

Drug Addiction: Marijuana with Sonny Bono: Drug Bust and Effects – Propaganda Film (1/3) (1968)

1968 www.amazon.com Watch the full film: thefilmarchived.blogspot.com Cannabis, also known as marijuana (sometimes spelled “marihuana”) among many other names, refers to any number of preparations of the Cannabis plant intended for use as a psychoactive drug. The word marijuana comes from the Mexican Spanish marihuana. According to the United Nations, cannabis “is the most widely used illicit substance in the world.” The typical herbal form of cannabis consists of the flowers and subtending leaves and stalks of mature pistillate of female plants. The resinous form of the drug is known as hashish (or merely as ‘hash’). The major psychoactive chemical compound in cannabis is ?9-tetrahydrocannabinol (commonly abbreviated as THC). At least 66 other cannabinoids are also present in cannabis, including cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN) and tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) among many others, which are believed to result in different effects from those of THC alone. Cannabis use has been found to have occurred as long ago as the third millennium BC In modern times, the drug has been used for recreational, religious or spiritual, and medicinal purposes. The UN estimated that in 2004 about 4% of the world’s adult population (162 million people) use cannabis annually, and about 0.6% (22.5 million) use it on a daily basis. The possession, use, or sale of cannabis preparations containing psychoactive cannabinoids became illegal in most parts of the world in the early 20th century
