think about it if people see how easy it is to grow opium it wont be worth anything. Meaning no money to be made and less money to hospitals and government in more ways than one. You do the math its simply about controlling it so it doesn’t get to abundant. If everyone grew opium dealers noone would sell it. It can grow pretty much anywhere dont need much water.
